| H. pylori immune ratio: 0.0-0.88: Denotes a negative test for the presence of active H. pylori infection; H. pylori immune ratio: 0.89–0.99: Denotes an equivoval antibody response to H. pylori. This is clinically equivocal in that this may or may not represent the presence of infection or immunity. Further testing by other methods may be necessary to substantiate the presence of active disease. Retesting in 2-4 weeks by the present method may also be useful.; H. pylori immune ratio: >0.99: Serologically associated with H. pylori infection.
